Sender/Shipper: The individual or company sending the shipment.
Consignee/Receiver: The individual or company receiving the shipment.
4. Shipment Acceptance
All shipments must be properly packed, labelled, and documented.
Levi Express reserves the right to refuse, delay, return, or cancel any shipment that is unsafe, improperly packaged, or violates laws or regulations.
The sender is responsible for the accuracy of shipment details.
5. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Customers must not ship illegal, hazardous, restricted, or prohibited items, including but not limited to explosives, weapons, drugs, perishable goods, and items restricted by destination laws. Levi Express is not liable for any consequences arising from prohibited shipments.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, penalties, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the sender or receiver.
Levi Express may assist with customs documentation but is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or government decisions.
7. Delivery & Transit Time
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, transportation issues, or events beyond control.
Levi Express may select routes, carriers, or transport methods at its discretion.
8. Liability & Insurance
Levi Express’s liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited as per applicable laws.
Levi Express is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Customers are advised to declare high-value shipments and opt for additional insurance if required.
9. Payment Terms
All charges must be paid as per agreed terms and invoices.
Levi Express may withhold or delay delivery for unpaid charges.
Additional charges may apply for customs duties, storage, reattempts, or special handling.
10. Claims & Complaints
Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within the specified time frame after delivery or expected delivery.
Claims must be supported with relevant documents and evidence.
11. Force Majeure
Levi Express is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, war, or other unforeseen events.

Cooperate during customs or delivery processes
13. Modification of Terms
Levi Express reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
15. Severability
