Prohibited or restricted items
Failed delivery due to receiver unavailability or refusal
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
Any applicable service charges or administrative fees may be deducted.
5. Compensation & Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be raised within the specified claim period and supported with required documentation. Compensation is limited as per applicable laws and agreed service terms.ns related to refunds and returns.
